SIA “EnergoPro” (“EnergoPro”, “we”,“us”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This policy explains how we use any personal information that you provide to us through our website.
WHO is collecting your information?
Owner of this website - SIA “EnergoPro”, Reg. nr. 50103379211.
WHAT information we collect and HOW it is being used?
We may collect and process the following information about you:
Information you provide to us
You may provide us with information in several ways, including by filling in form on our website or by corresponding with us by phone and email.
The personal information that you provide may include your name, address, email address, phone number, financial information and other information about you to enable us to provide you with our price estimates, offers or other means to respond your requests.
Information we collect about you
We and our third party service providers collect information about you, your device, and your use of the website through cookies. We want to ensure that our content is presented in the most effective manner for you and your device. Read more about cookies in dedicated section below.
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites that you visit. They are widely used in order to make websites work, or work more efficiently, as well as to provide information to the owners of the site. The table below explains the cookies we use and why.
|Universal Analytics (Google)||_ga _gid _gat||These cookies are used to collect information about how visitors use our website. We use the information to compile reports and to help us improve the website. The cookies collect information in an anonymous form, including the number of visitors to the website, where visitors have come to the website from and the pages they visited. Read Google's overview of privacy and safeguarding data.|
How we share your information
We do not share your information to third parties.
We measure visitors to our website using Google Analytics. This records what pages you view within our site, how you arrived at our site and some basic information about your computer. All of that information is anonymous – so we don’t know who you are; just that somebody visited our site. The information we collect from analytics helps us understand what parts of our sites are doing well, how people arrive at our site and so on. Like most websites, we use this information to make our website better. You can learn more about Google Analytics or opt out if you wish.
Social networks (Facebook, Twitter etc.)
These services provide social buttons and similar features which we may use on our website – such as the “Like” and “Tweet” buttons.
To do so we embed code that they provide and we do not control ourselves. To function their buttons generally know if you’re logged in; for example Facebook use this to say “x of your friends like this”. We do not have any access to that information, nor can we control how those networks use it. Social networks therefore could know that you’re viewing this website, if you use their services (that isn’t to say they do, but their policies may change).
We may send you email notifications regarding your service (such as invoices) or which you have specifically requested (such as newsletters or notifications when a report is completed). You have the ability to opt out of any of this communication at any time.
We will never provide your personal information or email address to any third parties.

Through your web browser, you may be able to:

You may also opt-out of certain Tracking Tools on mobile devices by installing the DAA’s AppChoice app on your mobile device (AppChoices for iTunes, AppChoices for Android).
